In September 2017, three of the Fleet locality practices started working together to share the provision of GP Extended Access. These practices were Richmond Surgery, Branksomewood Surgery and Crondall New Surgery. From April 2019, Fleet Medical Centre will join and participate in this shared cared.

eConsult is an online triage and consultation that offers our patients a further method for accessing medical advice and care. It is flexible and enables you to interact at a time that suits you. eConsult enables you to request advice from your GP online without having to telephone the surgery or book an appointment with your GP.
By the 31st March 2016, NHS England required GP practices to declare the average earnings for GPs providing NHS services at each practice.
As part of increasing patient access to care, the 4 x Fleet locality practices have engaged with a CCG (Clinical Commissioning Group) approved Physiotherapist, Premier MSK. From the 13th November 2017, patients will have direct access to a Specialist Orthopaedic Practitioner for an initial physiotherapy assessment at Richmond Surgery.
EPS went live at the Surgery on 22 Nov 2016. This means your repeat prescription, once processed and approved by your GP will be issued electronically to your preferred Pharmacy for collection. No green prescription slip is printed. Most Pharmacies in our local area are EPS friendly. If you have not already informed us of your preferred Pharmacy, please speak with our reception team or note this on your next repeat prescription request.
